Urban and Regional Planning is the process of arranging “human-place” organizations in line with economical, social, cultural and technological developments from country-scale to local-scale, managing the said “human-place” organizations with quick and right judgments and producing the required decisions for planning. Urban Planning includes examining different scaled developments within the scope of national policies and development policies, defining urban and regional settlement and development policies and preparing programme and projects.
In İstanbul Medeniyet University, Art Design and Architecture Faculty, Urban and Regional Planning Department, main areas of education will be covered. Besides, our goal is to support the development of our country and whole mankind thanks to the research and development projects to be held.
